So, if the customer facing any fault or suffering any problem from Nexa Work Solution's, then the Nexa Work Solution's will refund the package amount to customers account. If the customer wants to refund the purchase amount for his/her own reason, here the Nexa Work Solution's can’t refund the customer’s purchase amount.
